Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

At Decor Smart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we strive to deliver the best quality products, we understand that there may be instances where you may wish to return or replace your order. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Wrong Item / Damaged Product / Incorrect Size / Incomplete Product / Manufacturing Defect

  • If your goods are damaged or fall under any of the above conditions, we would be happy to replace them with the correct product.

  • Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the products at decorsmart77@gmail.com, along with pictures of the product received.

  • We will arrange a return pickup for the product.

  • Return packets must be securely packed to avoid further damage during transit.

  • Upon return, the item will undergo a quality check to confirm the issue.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, including price tags, barcodes, labels, user manual, warranty card, and invoice.

  • For incomplete products or missing items, the missing parts will be sent after verification.

Return Window: We have a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Replacement

After inspecting the returned item, we will provide a replacement within 7–10 business days.

Refunds

  • Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you regarding approval.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

  • If more than 7 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at decorsmart77@gmail.com.

Didn’t Like the Product / Quality Concerns / Size Not as Required / Changed My Mind

  • Our products undergo strict quality checks, but as these are art products, slight variations in looks, finish, or colors may occur.

  • Handmade paintings may have minor differences due to their unique nature.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Return packets should be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

  • Verification: Returned products will be checked by us. If not found in original condition, your request will be rejected, and the product will be shipped back to you (shipping cost borne by customer).

Refunds:

  • Prepaid orders → Refund will be made to your original payment method.

  • COD orders → You must share your bank account details for a refund (COD charges are non-refundable).

  • Refunds typically take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account.

DIY Painting Kits

  • DIY painting kits cannot be refunded or exchanged once used.

  • Refunds/replacements are possible only if the kit is unused and all parts are returned in original condition.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of placing the order without any extra cost.

  • Beyond this period, a 20% deduction of the order value will apply as return shipping cost, plus a 3% payment gateway/transaction fee (for prepaid orders).

  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Custom Product Orders

  • Custom products are created based on your request and are not part of our standard catalog.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not applicable for custom orders.

  • Custom orders are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-exchangeable.

  • They may only be replaced if a wrong or damaged product is received.
